Serliana will reward every registered referrer who refers a customer who in turn successfully completes on a property a £500 gift voucher from John Lewis.

To qualify, the referrer must be a fully registered member of the Serliana website and signed up to receive regular email newsletters. Registration is FREE.

The referrer must provide us with full details of the referred person to qualify by filling online the referral form and sending it back to us.

Serliana reserves the right to contact and verify the referred person.

Once the referred person has successfully bought and completed on a property with us we will send the £500 John Lewis voucher to the referrer’s address by post.

If the referrer has registered but opts out from receiving Serliana email newsletters the offer is null and void.

This offer does not apply to Serliana staff, or friends and family of any staff member.
