The North West has seen a 5.1% house price growth during 2007. Interestingly, the town of Nelson in Lancashire, saw the highest growth of any town in England at 39 per cent. Prices have started to pick up with pockets experiencing 8-10% growth. The North West is an area worth considering for investment in 2008.
